From Tanghe, Henan Province and born in 1957, he is a doctor of philosophy, a professor in Philosophy College of Renmin University of China and a professional researcher in the Institute for Studies of Buddhism and Religious Theory of Renmin University of China and the invited researcher in Institute of Sino-Christian Studies in Hongkong. His main research scope involves in Christian theology and philosophy and German classical philosophy. He has published books entitled “God, Universe, and Man” and “The History in the eyes of the German Philosophers” etc. and tens of dissertations, his translation works involve in more than ten famous academic books western such as “Weltgeschichte und Heilsgeschehen”and “Kritik der reinen Vernunft”etc. and tens of academic papers. Now he is in charge of the research programs of “Studies of ‘Sino-Christian Theology’” and “Translation of Kant’s Werke”etc.
