In the recent nation-wide evaluation (2007-2009) about the first-rate disciplines by Chinese Ministry of Education, the School of Philosophy, Renmin University of China is rated second place among all Philosophy Departments of Chinese mainland, short of 1 score from the first one, Peiking University.
